Dosage
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Adults: Chew 1-2 tablets daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. During times when your body is under stress, or if you have cold or flu symptoms, the dose may be increased to up to 6 tablets daily (in divided doses).
Children 3 years+: Chew 1/2 -1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
